Our underwriting processes are determined by the metric of understanding how to achieve underwritten debt without counter-balancing the culture of the business.
We take a more in-depth approach to NOT put the asset under duress over long term financing DSCR of 1.5% or greater is what helps shape our check writer’s decisions. LTV is determined based on the asset, industry and what DSCR it needs to be to be performing at and above market rate.
